It’s a Boy – Princess Kate Gives Birth to Royal Baby

The long awaited news has arrived, Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, and her husband Prince William announced the birth of their first royal child. The baby, a boy, was born at 4:24 PM, London time, and weighed 8 pounds, 6 ounces. The child is now third in line to the throne.

A name has not yet been announced, and given royal customs, it may take a few days for that to happen, and for media to be notified.

Catherine delivered the baby at the same hospital where her husband, and his brother, Prince Harry, were born.
